Visa information

According to Russia - Israel bilateral agreement, citizens of the State of Israel do not need visas to travel to Russia for a period of up to 90 days unless the purpose of their visit is employment, education or commercial activity.
The visa waiver covers Israeli travelers who visit Russia as tourists or private guests or for the purpose of participation in conferences, fairs, business talks or transit.
Citizens of other states or stateless persons residing in Israel can apply for visas to Russia, if they have permission to stay in Israel for more than 90 days.

Israeli citizens may use travel document ("teudat maavar") to visit Russia as well as passport ("darkon"). No entrance fees are charged. Yet, holders of Israeli travel documents who do not have Israeli citizenship must apply for a Russian visa.

Visa applications are accepted Monday - Friday in the morning from 9-00 till 12-00 only.

Visa application form must be completed on web site https://visa.kdmid.ru and printed out before you come to the consular section to submit your documents.
