A one year multi-entry employment visa enables a foreign citizen to enter the Russian Federation multiple times within the indicated timeframe. Visa processing starts only after the complete required set of document is submitted.

To obtain an employment visa the following documents should be submitted to the consular section:
1. A completed visa application form (one per person) must be completed on web portal visa.kdmid.ru. After completion it should be printed out. You need to bring it with you to the consular section.
2. A valid (at least for 6 months for single- and double-entry visas, at least 18 months for multi-entry visa) passport which should have not fewer than two unstamped visa pages and a copy of pages with personal information.
3. One passport size (35x45 mm) photo of the applicant which should be glued to the marked space of the application form.
4. An official invitation issued by the Russian Federal Migration Service or its regional offices sent to you by your Russian partner. You should submit the invitation in the original. Electronic invitations are accepted as well.
5. An official HIV test (AIDS)
Certificate if a multi-entry visa holder is allowed to stay in Russia more than 90 days.
6. Medical insurance, covering possible medical expenses incurred during your stay in Russia.

Business visas are issued to Israeli citizens who travel to Russia for commercial purposes only. The invitation should contain a relevant reference of that.

Permission to enter the Russian Federation is a courtesy of the State. Visa can be denied if the Consular section has reasons to believe that the Applicant's visit to the Russian Federation is not desirable, and the disclosure of the reason for the denial can be withheld.
In accordance with the International Law the Consular section in certain cases reserves the right to consider your visa applications for a longer period.
All paperwork once submitted is not subject to any change of the announced visa processing period or the period of stay in Russia indicated in invitation available at the moment of submission.
If applicant needs to make changes in submitted paperwork, all documentation will be returned to applicant for resubmission.
Visa extensions are not possible. If visa requires extension the applicant should reapply for a new visa.
On the basis of reciprocity, non-Israeli citizens may apply for a visa to Russia at the Russian consular missions in Israel only if they are permanent residents of the Jewish state. In all other cases they have to apply for a Russian visa at the Russian consular missions in the state of their origin.
All documents must be submitted at one time. Uncompleted sets will be returned to the applicants without processing. We don't accept documents by fax, post or email.
After the visa is picked up it should be verified by the traveler (spelling of the name, dates of travel, passport number, date of birth) and, if necessary, returned to the Consular section for corrections. The Consular section will not be responsible for the errors in visas, which were not brought to our attention before departure from Israel.
